There’s plenty to do outdoors, including a fire spot that was lit every day, a small kindergarten, tennis and badminton courts, and a little lake where frogs sang each night. The location is great, near Otryt mountain and San River. The standard rooms were clean, with a few minor damaged things that didn’t change my overall impression. The pool is small but comfortable for several guests, and there’s a smaller one for children. A good Bieszczady base if you want to use the spa and such.

The team made us feel welcome and handled problems well. The women working there were professional, friendly, and always smiling. Food came quickly and was good, and the pool and spa facilities were nice. The accommodation was neat and clean, so you get a pretty complete package here. The staff were very kind and flexible, including with massage times and extending dinner. Breakfast and dinner had a wide choice. The Saunarium has two saunas, one at 60-80 degrees and the other at 80-100, which was a huge plus for me because most people chose the milder one and left the hot one to myself. There’s also a cold bath tub. Other leg-bath tubs and the big jacuzzi were switched off, with no explanation. The room was large, fully equipped, and had a nice view, though there weren’t many hangers for things like a bathrobe. There was only one child’s chair for the whole restaurant. I was told another would be there “tomorrow,” but two days later it still hadn’t arrived, so my kid sat on my lap for the last breakfast. Package dinners aren’t worth the price, so I’d order a la carte if eating at the hotel. The restaurant doesn’t feel very cozy, wherever you sit you’re on a walkway. More than half the Saunarium facilities were off, including both steam saunas. I didn’t sleep very well here, though I can’t explain why.

Waking up to birds and frogs with that beautiful view was magical. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly. A top-level stay, we’ll definitely be back!
