The hotel itself is quite nice and luxurious, but the staff were the problem. They didn’t know how to treat people respectfully, and the service was poor. The manager also didn’t seem to understand her responsibilities. I’d suggest changing the manager or doing something about it. Best regards

I travel constantly, and this is one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at. The grounds and location are impeccable, with animals, bikes, a forest, and a river to enjoy. The staff were so kind and attentive, and both the food and breakfast were amazing. One small suggestion: add signs in English, since many guests are international. You’re doing an incredible job, and I highly recommend staying here!

A lovely family hotel, with lots of great things for kids to do. The food is excellent, and the spa is decent.

We had a great four-night stay with our kid. There’s lots to do across the property, from the mini zoo and riverside walk to watching horse ridings, swimming, hammocks, the kids room, sauna, jacuzzi, and the restaurant’s outdoor area. There’s free parking and separate house rentals too. The breakfast was tasty and nicely organized, and the restaurant menu was good, though a bit pricey. The staff were very friendly and kind, but it can be hard to find someone who speaks English. Our room was adequate for a short stay, although not all rooms have been renovated or modernized. We were there during a kids camp, so the hotel felt crowded and noisy. They scheduled meals, pool use, and other activities separately, though, so it didn’t cause us any problems. The indoor pool isn’t very big, but it wasn’t crowded while we were there. It’s connected to a kids’ pool, with a separate room for the jacuzzi and saunas. We didn’t try the spa or massage services, but the staff there were really nice. There’s no lift or escalator to the second floor, just stairs, so ask where your room is if you have a lot of bags. I’m not sure the place quite meets four-star standards, but we had a pleasant stay and may come back for another short visit.
