We booked a suite at Warsaw Hotel Okęcie for 400 dollars a night and stayed for two nights. The breakfast staff experience was very disappointing. We arrived early on the second morning after a long trip with our child and were hungry. Since we have specific food preferences, especially for our kid, I asked my husband to take a quick look at the buffet before we decided whether to eat there or go elsewhere. At the buffet, an employee named Elisaveshta asked for our room number. My husband politely asked if he could just briefly see the food first. She coldly told him we could only look at the written menu. It felt rude, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. When he told me what happened, I asked reception why we couldn't even see the food. We're paying guests in a suite, not people trying to “steal” breakfast. Reception later said it was probably a misunderstanding because they “didn’t hear the situation,” but the bad impression had already been made. I've never been treated like that at a hotel. Hospitality should make people feel welcome, especially families traveling with children.

I had a very pleasant one-night stay at Airport Hotel Okęcie. The interior felt luxurious, and my room was spacious and comfortable. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly, professional, and attentive. There are two restaurants on-site with very good dinner options, and they offer room service too. It also seems pet-friendly. I told the hotel in advance I'd arrive very late, and they handled it smoothly. Paying extra for late check-out worked perfectly for my later flight. The free shuttle to and from the airport was another big convenience, and the drivers were kind and helpful, so the transfer was stress-free. Massage services and a fitness area are available, though I didn't get to try them. If I have another transfer in Warsaw, I'd definitely stay here again.

The rooms were spotless and welcoming, and I appreciated being able to choose customized bedding. Staff were professional and attentive to details at every turn. There was a complimentary drink on arrival and the wellness centre was outstanding. Breakfast was fantastic, though the espresso was weak. I'll absolutely stay here again on future trips through Warsaw. This is a hotel worth adding an extra night for.
