Breakfast was really good, and the bar was only a 1-2 minute walk away. It was a nice spot, both the food and the setting. The location was ideal, very close to the central station, tourist information, and the mall. Our room was a little small but clean and pleasant. We had towels, and there was a kitchen and washing machine in the apartment too.

In 28 degree heat, this place was extremely hard to find, and Google Maps just stopped working. Monika was horrifically rude and refused to help, even after a really nice Polish couple called her for us and tried to assist. They gave us their personal number in case we still couldn’t find the apartment. The neighbors in the next room had trouble locating it too and got no help either. Give this apartment, which is really just a bedroom, a wide berth. Everyone else in Warsaw was extremely friendly and helpful.

For the price, it’s a very good place to spend the night in central Warsaw, and I’d recommend it. We stayed five nights. The room was very clean, and we even saw a cleaner working in the other rooms during our stay. There are two bathrooms for every three rooms, plus a kitchen with everything you need except a lid for the frying pan. Finding the building was easy. Monika sent the address, which was also listed on Booking.com. You need internet to get the entry code. We bought a Polish SIM card for a few zlotys, though you could also use the internet at a cafe or shopping center. The apartment has its own Wi-Fi.

The apartment we finally got was clean and suited our needs, and the location was a plus. It was noisy, though, and earplugs were the only way we could sleep. At first, Monica tried to deceive us by putting us in a disgustingly dirty apartment. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The bedside table was rotten and bent, the outlets were behind the beds and hard to reach without moving them, and the bathroom was so awful it was frightening to enter. Booking.ua helped us sort it out. After almost five hours of discussion, they offered another apartment, but it turned out to be the exact room and apartment we had booked. Monica was extremely nice throughout the discussion on Booking.ua, but rude on Viber. Be careful with this apartment owner.
