The key pickup was inconvenient, since we had to collect it somewhere else and then travel to the flat they assigned us. When we asked for a refund, they were very unhelpful and never called or emailed us back. The apartment looked nothing like the pictures: it was like a jail cell, with cheap, broken, extremely dirty furniture. The bed’s wooden slats were coming apart and hanging underneath, and the elevator had no door and seemed unsafe. Do yourself a favor and book a room at the Hilton Double Tree. I stayed there and avoided this disgusting, unprofessional place.

They even offer breakfast service. And the photos really do show the right place: the rooms are modern and bright, with white furniture and blue tiles. People who say it’s an apartment with old furniture must have gone somewhere else by mistake. Very nice place!

We had to wander around because we were given the wrong directions for collecting the apartment keys. The intercom had codes and passwords, but there were no instructions beyond the passcode, so we had to work out how it operated ourselves. The apartment looked quite modern, though the floor was a bit dusty and dirty. The bathroom light didn’t work, so they’d put a lamp in there, but it didn’t help much.

The flat had cheap furniture that was already broken, and the bed was actually a sofa. When I arrived at night, I had to pay for another hotel because the phone number they’d provided wasn’t working, and still doesn’t. I eventually reached reception, three blocks away, and explained what had happened. They treated me horribly, as if it were my fault that the contact number they gave me didn’t work. Karolina Mazurek in particular, the receptionist at the key pickup place, was awful.
