Apartament Nowiniarska

There's no phone number either.

Brilliant.

We got to the address at 11:00 AM and got no reply to our messages. Then, at 2:30 PM, just half an hour before check-in, they told us we couldn't check in because of a water break and everything was blocked. We called and asked to cancel the reservation. WARNING: This is not a hotel!

The residents said these problems happen often and cause them trouble. They wouldn’t let me into the building where I’d rented an apartment, and I learned other guests had also been unable to get into either the building or their apartments. The owner’s contact number, +48790207483, never answers. I rate the reliability, comfort, convenience, and price as zero. Even the address is wrong. Try entering 1 Nowiniarska 5, 00-235, Warszawa in Google. Nothing comes up. Don’t rent this apartment. The reservation payment isn’t refundable, even if you don’t arrive. You’ll wreck your nerves and won’t be able to call anyone. The apartment’s rating is unjustifiably high. Booking is a stupid application. I spent five hours trying to get into the rented apartment. Three messages they sent had nothing to do with checking in. There was no code for the building, none for the mailbox to access the apartment, and no clear information about which apartment was mine or what code would open its door. Three hours after I booked, only one message had arrived, and it still didn’t explain how to check in. Then my phone died, and it was dark outside at 11:00 PM. All the details should have been in one email sent to the address I provided. Instead, clicking their stupid links took me to stupid websites that had nothing to do with checking in. The whole thing made me feel like I was dealing with people with intellectual disabilities.
