The apartment looks onto a warehouse where trucks are unloaded at night, and it’s so loud that earplugs don’t help. The furniture is bad, too. I had an early termination clause in my contract for losing my job, but Patricia wasn’t interested in honoring it and kept my deposit. We asked experts about it and were told this was misconduct. I had the same problem renting flat 40 from her, so I wouldn’t deal with this landlord.

Patricia, also called Patrycja, has changed the lease several times and won’t return the deposit for apartment 40 at Szlachecka 6. I say don’t rent it from her. It’s a scam!! My warning is the same for apartment 40 at Szlachecka 6: Patrycja, also called Patricia, changes the lease and keeps the deposit. Don’t rent there. It’s a scam!!
