The apartment in the high-rise makes a good first impression, with its exterior, hallway, and elevator access all looking nice. But the room itself was small and hadn't been cleaned properly. Several basic kitchen utensils were missing, the Wi-Fi didn't work, and the owner never replied to our messages. We stayed in March.

The building may be fairly new, but the "apartment" was run-down, dirty, and moldy. It looks like whoever runs it has neither the money nor the know-how for a rental business. The toilet is awkward too, since a washing machine has been put right beside it and you have to sit sideways. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! When I arrived a week ago, there was no remote for the parking lot. I called, and the woman who answered said someone would bring a spare and asked me to wait in the "apartment." After that, nobody on staff answered the phone. No remote ever arrived, and there isn't parking nearby. Be careful, because you could end up with a serious problem or have your car towed by the municipal police. I'm attaching photos.

It's nice here, but I wasn't impressed by the hygiene. There was a lot of dirt on the bed, and the kitchen wasn't in the best shape.
