The woman was very rude, and the reservation felt like a scam.

The pool and recreation area inside the complex are a nice bonus, and the place has all the facilities you need. It’s also in a great spot and is clean. Couples, families, really anyone visiting Warsaw could stay here. I’d recommend it to everyone. Honestly, anyone calling it a bad place needs serious help.

Finding the place and getting in was really difficult. Once the key was sorted out, it was okay. Parking is still a gamble, though.

After booking, I found out there was a large deposit required at check-in, even though the price had looked tempting. The stay was non-refundable, and the staff were rude and arrogant. They just said the deposit must have been mentioned somewhere in the extra information. I don’t recommend this property at all. Avoid it completely.
