Apartments Warsaw Pereca by Renters

Avoid booking apartments through this company. If something goes wrong, they won't help you. They keep your money even when the accommodation can't be lived in. This feels like a rip-off, and I wouldn't work with them.

Apartment 120 looked nice, and the kitchen had plenty of equipment, including a washing machine. It was clean overall, though I did spot a few small flaws and some minor stains on the floor. The bathroom layout was awkward enough to make using the toilet uncomfortable, and the shower drain was blocked, so I ended up standing ankle-deep in water. A few things could be better, but it was perfectly fine.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The room was meant to have a balcony, but it was a huge mess that stretched right up to the window. During the booked stay, the owner or one of his employees kept bothering guests. He didn't introduce himself and would hurry people out before their agreed time was up.

The bed was comfortable, the bedding was fresh and clean, and all four of us had our own. There was also a dishwasher, kettle, and a full set of dishes and cutlery. The air conditioning was a plus, but it couldn't be used in the living room: its pipe couldn't reach from the only working socket to the window, so it was no use there. The rest was a letdown. There was no parking, noise from two people playing football at 2 a.m. came right through the closed windows, and the wooden windows didn't keep out street noise either. The fridge smelled unpleasant. Of around 14 sockets, only four worked, and the TV didn't work. Most frustrating was the lack of communication from the owners. It felt as if they only cared that you'd paid. For somewhere practically in central Warsaw, this was really poor. If you can put up with no parking and constant outside noise, it might be fine, but these were two very stretched stars. I'll avoid this listing if I keep looking.
