Arche Hotel Geologiczna

The design is interesting and looks good, with colourful patches. It’s also close to a shopping center, Lidl, Aldi, and lots of eateries, many of them Asian. If you’re after tasty, authentic Vietnamese 🇻🇳 food from as early as 9 am, there are plenty of excellent options nearby. I stayed in room # 117. The windows don’t open, so air circulation depends on the internal fan system. Unfortunately, the air seems to pass through the kitchen before reaching the room. From 07:00 am there was a noticeable smell of frying bacon and sausages, and in the evening I could smell meat and chips being fried inside the room. It was strong enough to make my clothes smell, which wasn’t great. The hotel is just steps from the tram, which takes you to central Warsaw in around 35 minutes. You can get to the airport in less than 20 minutes by taking a tram to Rakowiec PKP train station and then a train to Chopin Airport.

The rooms are very large and the staff are friendly. It’s similar to the 4* Arche next door, with no obvious difference apart from the lower price here.

The room was huge, and I liked the style, even though it had a strange design. From one angle it looked like a beautiful apartment, from another like a prison. The ceiling pictures were cool too. There was a gym and a kitchen, the shower was spacious and warm, and breakfast was amazing. Don’t forget there are cold water dispensers in the halls. I stubbed my toe on the doorstop, but that was my fault.

The heating seemed to be malfunctioning, and the room was cold. The ladies at reception were very nice, though.
