Arche Poloneza Hotel

I spent two years living temporarily in Europe and visited several countries. Of all the places I've stayed, this was the best so far, and really comfortable as a solo traveler. My flight was delayed, so I arrived very late, around 3am, but the receptionist was very kind. Thank you! This hotel was my last stop before heading back to my home country. It's very close to the airport, and the city centre takes approximately 40-50 min to reach. Public transport in Warsaw is very convenient. This airport will be important for me when I return to Europe, so I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in Warsaw.

The food was good, and the kitchen staff were friendly and helpful. The rest of the stay was disappointing. We asked for one double bed for two, but got two separate beds, and the mattresses were so uncomfortable we could feel the springs. Our room went uncleaned for 8 days. Housekeeping only came after we called reception, which shouldn't have been necessary. Cleanliness and upkeep were both well below what we expected.

There’s free water from a cooler, which is a nice extra, but I don’t think the room space and water justify paying more, especially since taxis from here will cost more too. The hotel itself is generally good, but it’s far from the sights, so it’s not a good pick if you want to walk around and explore. There’s a graveyard nearby :) Breakfast was poorer than I expected, though that was okay for me since I don’t eat much. The coffee wasn’t tasty every day. The kitchenette had no plates, spoons, pan, or anything like that.

My flight got canceled, so I stayed here. The room was spacious and very clean, and dinner was available until 22h. The receptionist was really friendly, and they arranged the taxi and wake-up calls perfectly.
