For the price, it’s okay for a night. The apartment has its own charm and a pretty distinctive feel, though it really needs a deep clean and a few things fixed.

The owner was really kind, and the apartment was great for the price. It had everything we needed, including a fridge, microwave, stovetop, washing machine, ironing board and iron. The mezzanine is an interesting feature and would probably be fun for kids, though I’d add a small railing upstairs. Being on the fifth floor meant a lot of stairs, but after a few trips I got used to it. It was great :)

The apartment itself could be nice, but everything was really, really dirty. I had to buy cleaning products and clean the bathroom myself. The kitchen utensils were greasy and damaged, and the furniture was filthy too. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned for quite a while. Such a shame, because a proper clean would make this a lovely apartment.

That bed was in awful shape, and a decent bed is kind of the main thing when you rent somewhere to stay. It was an old, uncomfortable sofa bed coming apart, with bits sticking out. I also came back covered in bedbug bites. They were crawling around on the sheets, and I’m not sure whether I should report it somewhere.
