The staff were nice, and the location worked well for getting to the airport and other amenities. The room wasn't bad, but it was very cold when I checked in, maybe housekeeping had left the window open. The old radiators barely warmed it up. They also said they'd bring breakfast to my room, but it never arrived, so I missed the breakfast I'd paid for.

For what we paid, I expected a lot more comfort. The rooms were extremely small and the beds so uncomfortable that getting a good night's sleep was difficult. We saw plenty of Warsaw hotels in the same price range with bigger rooms, better facilities, and breakfast included. This hotel didn't meet our expectations, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The room was clean and spacious, though some of the electrical outlets didn't work, and there is no air conditioning. Breakfast is a great open buffet with a variety of food, and all the tap water is drinkable. There's a restaurant inside the hotel, plus a little market and liquor store very close by.

We had a good stay. The room was big, the beds were comfortable, and there’s a great restaurant on the first floor as well as another one next door.

Good value, with clean rooms and a plentiful, delicious breakfast served at the inexpensive restaurant on site. Getting around is convenient whether you're travelling by bus or tram, or by car.
