The location works well, and it turned out calmer than I expected given how busy the area is.

Good stay, and the room was clean. The price for what you get is appealing, though it's a little far from the center. The courtyard was really noisy, unfortunately, with dogs barking all morning, so that took away from the stay a bit.

We couldn't get into the stairwell that night because a neighbor had locked it, and the landlord wouldn't provide us with a key. The same neighbor then came out and made gestures as if slitting our throats, trying to attack us. It felt like a very dangerous neighborhood. I strongly wouldn't recommend staying here.

The apartment is in a great spot and feels very new. The inconvenient part was having to collect the keys from an office quite far away.
