We were in Warsaw for business, but our stay at Hotel Bristol felt like a little vacation. It's centrally located in a safe area, close to everything. We booked through American Express and got lucky with an upgrade to the Grand Suite. Even though we arrived late at night, reception greeted us warmly. The spa is lovely for a small number of guests, so it's better when not busy. The gym had everything we needed for our usual workouts, and the cocktails at the hotel bar were excellent. Breakfast had plenty of choice and tasted fresh. Our spacious, elegant room had handwritten welcome notes, wine, and chocolates waiting for us. The building dates to the early 1900s and has a beautiful old-world feel, almost like stepping into the 1920s, while still being well maintained and equipped with modern comforts. We'd definitely return.

The location put us right in the old city centre, steps from the market square and Christmas markets. Breakfast had a great selection, and the pool and spa felt like a peaceful little escape in the city. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The restored architecture and refined interiors make this property stunning, with classic elegance alongside modern luxury. We had a truly outstanding stay, thank you!

The public spaces, from the lobby and bar to the spa, feel calm and sophisticated, and breakfast is high quality and well organised. Service was warm, attentive, and professional throughout. My room was spacious, quiet, and well kept, with classic luxury that didn't feel dated. The building's historic character is beautifully preserved, and the central location is prime. A reliable Warsaw hotel with history and consistently high standards. I'd gladly return.

I've stayed here probably more than 40 times over the last four years, and it has never disappointed me. It's an excellent hotel right in the city center, with knowledgeable, attentive, friendly staff. Special thanks to Pan Jacek and concierge Mr. Kwiatkowski. They also have Dyson hair dryers for the ladies.

The room was lovely, and the location made it easy to get around central Old Town Warsaw. What stood out most was the staff: the housekeeping team cleaned meticulously, the concierge knew their stuff, and reception were flexible and helpful. Everyone was courteous, professional, and kind. Best hotel stay we've ever had!
