The rooms were new and very comfortable, and we enjoyed the dinners as well as the excellent meals at breakfast. Ilona, who managed breakfast, greeted us with a big smile each morning and was always keen to help beyond what we expected. The reception team also handled every request kindly and with a real willingness to assist. We were here with an Israeli group, Katzir - Ayala, from October 22-26, 2025. The hotel is a little way from the city center, but one bus goes straight there, so it wasn’t a major problem. Sorry this thank-you took me so long. We had a wonderful stay, and I’d be happy to come back. Many thanks to everyone involved.

Ilona was the highlight for us. She was so helpful, showed us local train websites and the nearest station, Warsaw East, and was always smiling whenever we saw her. Everyone else on staff was helpful and obliging too. The hotel had been open for about eight months when I wrote this. The rooms are a good size and comfortable, breakfast was good, and the reception area and lounges are spacious and comfortable. Thanks for a lovely two-night stay in early Feb 26.

Parking was very convenient, and the room itself was clean, modern, and nicely designed. I’d recommend the hotel, though I did miss having disposable slippers for a bit more comfort. Breakfast was the letdown: the choice was very limited, and the quality didn’t feel worth the price.

We had a really relaxing stay in a quiet, peaceful spot. The staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms were spotless and roomy, with incredibly comfortable beds. Such a lovely experience, highly recommended!
