Candy Apartments Warszawa

We left because we felt unsafe. The exterior security door was always standing open, and the TV and lights didn’t work. The flooring was torn up and there were holes in the wall. The hotel never answered our attempts to contact them or Booking.com. After we finally left, they charged us $340 for canceling. This feels set up so guests leave and the hotel can collect large cancellation fees.

There’s nothing here but bad beds, broken things, and false information. They don’t answer calls, and they charge for breakfast without ever providing it. Untidy hell.

The apartment was in a dreadful state, dirty and neglected, with nearly everything broken or coming apart. It was so unpleasant that I didn’t even want to touch anything, and ants were crawling all over. The condition made me extremely uncomfortable. I’m also very disappointed with Booking.com. I expected some help, but was left completely on my own. This was one of my worst accommodation experiences. I’d never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

It was a cold, tiny, dirty room, nothing like the pictures. I’d booked a 20m deluxe room with one king-size bed, but got two separate small, uncomfortable beds. There was nowhere to put a jacket, no wardrobe, and barely any space for our things in the room or bathroom. The kettle was broken, the walls were dirty, and there was mold in every corner. My worst experience ever.
