The location is handy and it has all the amenities you need. The checkout time is 10, which feels unusually early in my experience and ought to be changed. Also, bring a hammer and sickle for the Soviet-era lift. I was surprised to find it wasn't a private apartment, but three separate rooms within one apartment.

Getting in was confusing, and the bed was dirty. There were no curtains either. The air conditioner was broken, and the owner wouldn't repair it. The worst place I've ever stayed.

It was okay, not bad.

We'd booked and paid three weeks earlier, but on arrival we were told there'd been a mix-up. Apparently the system had malfunctioned and someone else had booked the same stay. That left us out in the rain, in an unfamiliar city, in the evening, with nowhere to sleep. The lady didn't even try to find us another place. She apologized after we asked, and that was all. I've never had anything like this happen. I'm both shocked and angry. I can't recommend it at all, and it's a shame you can't give a minus star.

A cute little place right beside the Marriott Hotel, with everything you need. Highly recommend it.
