There were no keys waiting for us, and the instructions were all wrong. I arrived late at night with my baby, and we were left outside from 23:00 until 01:00. I filmed what happened and reported it. The stress was unbelievable. Maybe this place is a scam. There was no responsibility, support, or care. Avoid it at all costs.

We were in town for Taylor Swift’s concert and paid a lot for just two nights, but the apartment didn't come close to what we expected. The Booking photos are very misleading. It needs renovation: the walls were dirty and stained, the furniture was badly worn, and the couch looked filthy. The extra pillows seemed used and were flat.

Loved the spacious room, the TV, the kitchen, and the nice balcony. 👍

You can't get through to the apartment by phone. The number is always busy.

Bad experience, we found somewhere else.
