ClickTheFlat Wilcza Street Apart Rooms

Really nice place, and the owner was great and helpful. She responded to everything we needed and helped us find places to visit nearby.

This was at the apartment on Vocalna Street 6. We arrived and found the door to our reserved room locked. When we called the owner, we learned someone else was staying in it. After a few calls, the owner said, "He'll change the sheets right away, and we can go in." We thanked them, but we've never been treated like this before. I definitely don't recommend it.

The location is a big plus, but the apartment could use some renovation. Given the shared space and the setup, I think it should be adults only. During my stay, a child kept running and shouting in the hallway, left the toilet unflushed, spent time in the kitchen, and even left the apartment door open. That was the main problem.

I had a good stay last year at another ClicktheFlat location, so I tried Wilcza this time. I won't book those rooms again. The room itself was okay, and the low bed was manageable, but the wardrobe fell apart if touched. The other tenants made the stay awful. The bathroom was so dirty it made me feel sick, and they wore shoes everywhere. There was snow outside and inside the house. Hair was everywhere, the sink pipes smelled terrible, and screaming from the next rooms kept me awake at night. It was a complete disaster. The owners should know who they're hiring.
