The room's Jacuzzi was unusable because it was missing a stopper, so the water wouldn't stay in it. I couldn't see any benefit to the room under those conditions. There were other problems as well: one window had no curtain, and although the manager said there should be a roller shade, there wasn't one there. Motorcycle noise carried through the room until late at night, then started up again early the next morning while I was asleep. The manager should check the apartment before renting it out. Issues like these can make for a really bad stay and cost them customer loyalty.

The photos are the only good thing. The service was really poor.

We were hoping to get some rest after a long trip, arriving late from the airport, but the night was awful. At 8 a.m. loud drilling and hammering woke us up. There was a major renovation behind the wall, and nobody had mentioned it when we booked. The bathroom had mold everywhere and smelled musty; the bedroom carpet was stained, the mattress was poor quality, and there was no tap water in the kitchen. We literally ran away that morning. I can't remember sleeping so badly, and I don't know where the few positive Google reviews came from. An average hostel seems to have better conditions than this so-called "premium" apartment. Avoid it.

The room was in terrible shape, moldy and run-down. At 8 a.m. the cleaning lady woke me by knocking and trying the doorknob.

Communication with the owner over Messenger and text was excellent, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The stay left a positive impression overall. There were a few small things missing from the furnishings, but it was still a pleasant visit.
