DoubleTree By Hilton Hotel & Conference Centre Warsaw

I liked my room and the spa treatments, but dealing with the staff left me with a poor impression. Breakfast was included, yet the hours changed depending on the day. At check-in, we asked when it was served and were told a time that turned out to be after breakfast had finished. When we came down, they said we were too late, even though we had checked the timing at reception the day before. Finding your way around the hotel was another problem. There aren’t enough signs for the main reception or the other reception areas. Some doors let you go out with your card but won’t let you back in, so you can end up walking around the whole building in your swimwear to find another entrance. The baths and saunas were decent, and there’s a pool. The jacuzzi wasn’t very good. In the paid spa area, there’s also a cold-water bucket and a tub of ice. You can stay here to unwind, swim, and use the steam rooms, but I left unhappy with the staff and can’t really recommend it.

After the session, I felt much better physically and mentally, with my muscles relaxed and recovery improved. Radża gave me a sports massage that was individually tailored to what I needed, rather than following a set routine. He was very precise, adjusted the pressure well, and quickly found the tense muscles and areas needing attention. Radża is dedicated and calm, with a professional manner. The atmosphere was relaxing while still focused on therapeutic results, and his technique brought together strength, smooth movements, and precision. He has a lot of knowledge and experience, which was clear from the start. This was one of the best massages I’ve had so far. I’d definitely return and recommend Radża to active people, athletes, or anyone seeking effective sports massage and recovery.

The room conditions and overall facilities were disappointing, and I won’t stay here again on my next visit. Some reception staff were helpful and polite, while others seemed impatient. The poor sound insulation made it hard to rest, and the Wi-Fi was extremely unstable during my stay. Breakfast fell short, too. The cucumber, melon, and tomatoes looked like they’d been cut days earlier, and the fruit and vegetables didn’t seem fresh. Towel quality varied, and one had a long hair from a previous guest on it, which was unacceptable for hygiene. I expect more from a DoubleTree. This hotel was nowhere near the standard of the DoubleTree in Łódź.

The restaurant food was really tasty, the service was outstanding, and our room was huge, with a terrace. What a gorgeous hotel. I loved it and will definitely come back regularly!
