erApartments Mennica Residence

The apartment was cozy and had everything I needed, and I could easily imagine living there. The location is perfect too. My only small suggestion is to update a few kitchen appliances, especially the coffee machine. What really made the stay was how the staff handled my accessibility needs. They helped with my rented wheelchair and even offered a shower stool before I asked. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and meant a lot to me. I can’t say enough good things about the service, and I’ll definitely be back. I highly recommend it, especially to anyone looking for an accessible, welcoming place.

There was a dog smell and hair in the apartment when we arrived. I’d told them I was coming with a baby, so I expected very high cleanliness standards. I sent photos of the hair to the woman managing the apartment after she said she was cleaning alone and asked me to show her what I meant. Only then did she say someone with a dog had stayed there before us. At 6 p.m., she suggested we clean it ourselves. I refused, since my son was already asleep. I cancelled after one day. They ruined my short vacation in Warsaw. I’d stayed at this location many times and it had always been great, but I won’t go back. I’d tell anyone traveling there with a child to think twice.

The apartments are worn from short-term rentals, with no maintenance or renovations being done. The only upside is the location, though even that’s affected right now by noisy construction of another apartment building next door.

The rooms are filthy and in terrible shape, with scuffed walls. Service is very unfriendly and barely there. Breakfast is very limited for what it costs, more than a restaurant, and the staff serving it are rude and unprofessional.
