When I got to Fantastic Inn, the place was dirty and the door was broken. I spoke with people staying there, and they were upset and advised me not to go in. Booking.com told me to look for another hotel because they couldn't get hold of the owner. I booked through Booking.com, but the email they sent was mostly in Polish, with only a little English at the bottom, which I missed. I'd warn people against choosing a hotel just because the price is cheap, especially one like this. I had to select one star to post this, even though I don't think it deserves a star.

We booked three nights and managed to stay only one. The room had no hot water, a broken bed, and was cold at night. It was dirty too, and noise carried up from the nightlife area right below. We contacted the owners, there were several of them, to report everything, but they rudely refused to refund us. This was the worst travel experience I've had in my life.

The owner was easy to communicate with and sent all the important information on time. We had no other problems during the stay, and for the price, the place was fine. It's just off the main street, so you can hear some noise now and then, but it wasn't a big deal. We booked it through an accommodation app for a stay in the capital mainly to save money. The price does match the quality, though the bathroom seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a while, and the bed linen was linty and could do with replacing. The shared bathroom had a bathtub, sink, and hairdryer, but no toilet. I would've liked those facilities in the room, though we didn't have trouble with them being unavailable during our stay.
