The beds were extremely comfortable, and the modern fitness facilities were enough for what we needed. The staff were friendly and very capable. Breakfast was a highlight: you could choose from the buffet or order à la carte, and the salmon brioche was especially good. The hotel is right by the main shopping street in the city center, with its winter lights and beautiful buildings, and the old town is an easy walk across the street. There wasn’t much to complain about. Parking at the hotel costs a lot, so Złote Tarasy with a Bolt taxi to the hotel might be worth considering. Our room was near the kitchen, and for a few minutes the ventilation brought in a greasy smell. It passed quickly and didn’t change our positive impression. (same comment as booking.com)

I stayed in a standard family room. It was fine, very clean, and the bathroom ventilation worked well. On January 3, an alarm told us to evacuate because of a hazard. It turned out someone had used the iron and set off the smoke detector, but everything was okay.

The area felt safe, and it was easy to walk to everything. My room was beautifully designed down to the details, with a bed so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud, and I didn’t hear any noise from outside. The staff were lovely and helpful, especially on the wonderful shore. What a great hotel, highly recommended!

The two women at reception have been so welcoming and kind. We’re here for our anniversary, and the hotel has made it a wonderful stay. It’s beautiful, spotless, and well located. Our room is spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

The staff make this boutique hotel: they’re friendly, cheerful, and easy to talk to. Our room was comfortable and a good size, with a modern bathroom and a great shower. They also provided an iron and ironing facilities, along with a few small things we asked for. FLANER is in the heart of Warsaw, within walking distance of both the modern shopping district and the Old Town with its glorious building. I love this hotel, and it’s superb value for money. I’ll be back in March for another short stay.
