The staff are really nice and helpful, and the hostel has a cozy feel. Rooms are cleaned every day. There are two huge, lovely bathrooms, which is a rare treat in a hostel. Coffee and tea are there for you to drink as much as you want. With the subway close by, it’s easy to get around and back. The location is good too.

Bedbugs! We checked in late at night, then found out in the morning that there were bedbugs in the room. When we told the staff, they surprised us by saying they already knew, but had still booked us in. They didn’t apologize or refund us. I know this can happen even in the best hotels, but this was really bad. There’s also no information on how to get into the hostel from outside, and if you come back at night, nobody is there to let you in. Avoid it unless you want bedbugs at home.

It’s a warm, simple hostel in a residential building, with a homey feel and a well-stocked kitchen. The setting is lovely, with quiet tree-lined streets near Politechnika Metro, so it doesn’t have the usual noisy-hostel atmosphere. Tomasz and Krzystof, the receptionist and manager, are friendly and happy to help with whatever you need. It’s not huge, spacious, posh, or fancy, just a cozy place with a peaceful vibe. I’d recommend it if you want to stay in the city center without dealing with Warsaw’s noise and chaos. Cheers!

The staff kept guests awake by having a party at reception after midnight. I expect little from a hostel, but the people working there were more disruptive than the guests. I also never got my change or receipt. The person who was meant to come in the morning and pay me back didn’t show up. There are plenty of places to stay in Warsaw, so I’d look elsewhere.

I tried from 8 am to get into the area where reception is, but the door code wouldn’t work when I went there at 11am. I also left my review the same day I checked out, not days later. You say toilet paper is replenished daily, but the cleaning lady came in the morning and didn’t leave any.
