Parking was secure, underground, and convenient, which matters if you're travelling by car. The restaurant served good food, nicely presented and with a smile, and breakfast was excellent, with a well-stocked buffet as well as dishes cooked to order. Service was friendly and professional without hovering. Our spacious room was spotless and comfortable, with an excellent bed and a great shower, including strong pressure and a modern design. The hotel has an interesting history that gives it character, and it feels refined but welcoming, with Marriott standards behind it. Check-in was smooth, and the concierge was especially helpful. We had a genuinely excellent stay at H15 Boutique Hotel and would happily come back.

The breakfast menu ordered à la carte adds to the buffet and went beyond what I expected. The rooms and shared spaces are beautifully arranged, the staff are friendly, and the service is first-rate. The location is great, too. One of the best hotel experiences I've had.
10/10
Friendly, professional staff who were always ready to help made this a great stay. The spacious, stylish rooms were comfortable and very clean. It's a central Warsaw boutique hotel, close to restaurants, shops, and the main attractions, and suited both leisure and business trips.
10/10
The staff were always friendly and ready to help, and there are lots of nice cafés and restaurants nearby. I really liked the stylish, cozy feel and how clean the place was. It's in a perfect location, and while it's not the cheapest, you get what you pay for.
10/10
The staff were amazing, and we'd stay here again. I was in Warsaw for a business trip, and it was an easy walk to Old Town and an easy trip to our conference hotel. There were plenty of restaurants, cafés, and bakeries right nearby.
