The room was small, and both the toilet and bathroom were shared. Finding the entrance was also difficult, with no sign or directions. It felt tucked away behind trees in a large complex. What bothered me most was the service. Before arriving, I asked the manager for the WiFi details because I hadn’t seen them in the booking messages. The response was, “What is your problem?” I was shocked by how rude it was. I checked in on June 5th and was still waiting for my room-charge invoice. The manager offered to issue it immediately if I changed my Booking.com comments. I’d tell friends considering this place to look elsewhere. I can see why its rating is low, and honestly, 2.3 stars still seems too high for the service.

The room was really comfortable, and the shared spaces were clean and in good shape. For the price, it was definitely worth it. The instructions for self check-in were clear, so I found the place without any trouble. There was some noise outside, but everything else was perfect. I’ll definitely come back. A lot of the negative comments seemed unfair to me.

It’s close to the subway and to coffee places, though the location isn’t in the tourist center. The room itself was clean and nice, but paying that much for a room with a shared bathroom didn’t feel like good value to me.

The room faced a courtyard with two clubs, and on weekend nights the noise was terrible, going on until 6 a.m. Every morning around 6:30 the garbage truck backed in with its beeping, then emptied the bins for the clubs and apartments. They were full of glass. Other guests smoked weed inside, didn’t shut the front door, and sometimes brought visitors in the middle of the night, so the doorbell rang repeatedly. The main entrance door was left open too. The bed gave me back pain, the towels were poor quality and didn’t dry me, and I got no fresh ones during my stay. There was no daily cleaning, and at one point I was without toilet paper for a day and a half. I messaged the accommodation on WhatsApp and online but got no reply. There were a few positives: it was cheap, clean when I arrived, and well located for shops, restaurants, and clubs. Old Town was about a half-hour walk away. There was a washing machine and dryer, although the dryer had an English plug that didn’t fit the wall socket. The courtyard entrance is beside the good restaurant 'Butchery and Wine'. Would I return? A big no.
