The metro station is nearby, with strong public transport links that make it easy to get around the city. We arranged rooms here for a large group of our guests, and the whole stay was well organized. Everyone was happy with the service, clean rooms and good breakfasts, and the hotel kept a consistently high standard. As organizers, we appreciated how professional and flexible the administration was. The team answered quickly, handled our requests, and communicated clearly and politely. Veranika deserves special thanks for managing our group’s accommodation arrangements. Her efficient, constructive help made the process smooth and stress-free. We’d gladly recommend the hotel for group or individual stays.

Natalia at the front desk was especially kind. She helped us pick places to visit and arranged a taxi for us. The rooms were clean, and the Warsaw location was good. A good choice for a short visit.

I wasn’t staying at the hotel, but walking into the lobby left a strong impression. It felt calm, welcoming and very well cared for, with an elegant look that was comfortable rather than imposing. At the front desk, Agnieszka was remarkably warm and professional. She treated me with patience and courtesy even though I wasn’t a guest, and her attentive, approachable manner reflected well on the hotel. I won’t hesitate to stay here in the future, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality and first-class hospitality.

Natalia made my midnight check-in easy. She was very helpful, polite, and spoke English well. The room was neat and clean, and the central location made it easy to get around. I’d recommend it.

The hotel is comfortable and affordable, but the walls are so thin that you can hear all the noise from neighboring rooms. I’d seen other reviews mention this and assumed it might be overstated. It really is a problem, so I wouldn’t suggest staying here unless you’re a very heavy sleeper.
