The rooms are spacious and well insulated, and the open kitchen and dining area keep the place lively. There’s laundry, warm showers, plenty of toiletries if you need them, and comfortable beds. The front desk administrators are friendly, capable, and warm, handling all kinds of requests with real flair despite the varied backgrounds of the guests. After spending a lot of time at Gostinj Dom Sofiia, I can say it’s an incredible find if you want a safe, welcoming, colorful place to settle into Poland, especially Warsaw. I’m grateful to everyone working at Gostinj Dom Sofiia and glad I spent time here.

The bathroom was very neat, and the welcome was hospitable. This is the most comfortable hostel I’ve stayed in. Guests get free tea, coffee, and sugar, plus an extra basket of food.

A warm, cozy hostel that feels like home. The staff are kind and professional, always ready to help and do what they can to accommodate guests.

I couldn’t check in at all after booking through Agoda. They failed to confirm the reservation because of their own mistake, then said there were no rooms and didn’t even apologize. I also saw bugs in the room. This place was a nightmare. Never stay here.

Booking.com’s site let me reserve a twin bed, not a bunk bed, and this was their mistake. They’ve done nothing to help with my refund, and they were no help at all with my dispute. I won’t use them again, and I’ll warn others to stay away from Booking.com.
