Incanto Old Town Boutique

Max was really friendly and helpful, and we loved our room. The sofa and desk were a big plus. The location worked well for us: we usually stay inside the old town, but being between areas got us out exploring farther and we found some amazing local places. There was a minibar but no refrigerator, a huge bathroom, a kettle, and a lovely espresso machine. The workout room has a bunch of adventures on the cardio machines, and bottled water is supplied. There’s also a great free espresso machine in the lobby, just ask. Breakfast is next door, costs extra, and was totally delicious. You get a small discount with a voucher, and it’s worth it. Parking is on the street. We couldn’t control the heat and were really hot at night. We opened the window, but it was too smoky, and now I have a chest cold. Even with that, I’d stay here again.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely sized. They had everything I needed, including slippers, a bathrobe, water, and Rituals shampoos and conditioners. Breakfast was very nice too.

The rooms were clean, but getting help at reception was difficult. The staff seemed uninterested, and the service overall was disappointing.

Right on the main street toward the old town, with cafes and restaurants on both sides. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the bathrooms are spacious. We’ll definitely stay here again when we come back.
