Inside Warsaw Business Centre

The apartment itself was lovely and clean, with a kitchenette that had enough utensils, though only a few, and no kettle. Coffee wasn't mentioned either, just tea. What made the stay frustrating was finding our way through the complex and returning the key, and it overshadowed the good room. There were no signs to guide us to the building or reserved room. We had to park by the gate and have someone go find the building, since the locked entrance wouldn't let us in. The instructions we'd been sent were unclear and overlapped. We only got to the room by elevator with help from people entering the area and building, then found the remote-control key in a numbered safe. It opened the gate and garage, but there were no signs in the garage either, so we drove around looking for the parking space number and then the right elevator. The elevators were labeled with an F and a number, while the buildings were marked A, B, and so on. Only the elevator serving our room accepted the chip, so we had to try them around the parking lot. There were three of us, and having both partners look around for a barber was unpleasant and time-consuming. Returning the keys was another hassle: we could put them in the safe by the door, which meant going back out past the gate to the main road, since neither the gate nor garage would open without the remote. Or we could drop them in the mailbox in our building, but then we'd need someone to open the door because we'd have left the chip inside. That meant driving to the main road and coming back to the building. Maybe we were the only ones who had this problem, but it was especially unpleasant when rushing to the airport. The woman, probably the owner, tried to advise us, knowing we were foreigners, but couldn't do more because she wasn't there. The room was good quality, which makes it a shame, but we definitely won't use this service again.

Friendly service and a clean place. I'd recommend it!
