I wouldn't recommend this place if you have a weak stomach. There was a horrible fecal smell coming from the pipes in the apartment. The windows were open when we arrived, and the smell got worse as soon as we shut them, as if the host was trying to air it out. The corridors smelled of pee, and people regularly smoked inside the building just outside our door. We had to ask twice for the key instructions. We were traveling from far away, but got them only 15 minutes before the stay began, so we didn't know if we'd need to find somewhere else or even get the instructions at all.

I wish I could give zero stars. The apartment wasn't the one we'd booked, and it was dirty. We stayed less than an hour. The owner disappeared with our money and never answered our calls. A refund was promised but never came. Stay away.

The owner was half an hour late to meet us and insisted on cash. We got no receipt, and the invoice only arrived after we asked a second time. We hadn't agreed to a change of location from PAŃSKA to a tiny, roughly 20 SQM, low-budget flat at Bagno 5. It was dirty and in an old, smelly building, nowhere near the standard shown on booking.pl. The photos didn't reflect the flat's poor condition: the sheets, utensils, and shower were dirty. There was a urine smell in the stairwell, and homeless people around the building didn't make the stay any better. We also found separate listings for flats at this address on the website. It felt like a scam. Avoid this place.

This was the worst booking experience I've had. We got into the city late in the evening and went to the apartment, then tried to reach the host for the keys. It took about an hour, and we even emailed. Nobody replied or sent us any information afterward. So that's how we spent the evening in the city without anywhere to stay.

The appliances were broken, the furniture was stained, and there was a strange smell. It wasn't even the apartment we paid for. At check-in, we were messaged to go to a different address, and the room was smaller than what we'd paid for, without the view either. The apartment manager was useless to us and kept lying.
