The rooms are cozy, the breakfast is great, and the staff at both breakfast and reception are very friendly. The hotel isn’t the newest in style, but it’s still beautiful and elegant.

Our Irish-Polish wedding was on August 2nd 2025, and our wedding planners booked this hotel for us. We couldn’t have been happier with how the staff looked after us, our guests, and all the details. The hotel is gorgeous and clean, tucked away in a lovely quiet area. Getting a taxi into Warsaw town took only 20 minutes. The rooms were big, spacious and clean, and ours had air conditioning, as did the other guests who paid for deluxe rooms. There’s a pool for the kids and a spa area for adults with a sauna and jacuzzi. I had a massage at the online spa before the wedding. It was amazing, though you have to book it separately. The kids at the wedding party were allowed to use the bouncy castles on site, which made their day. So many people helped make everything great: the reception team, especially the two Jakubs and Pawel; bar staff Magda and Oskar; and the wedding day waiters and waitresses, especially the three sisters whose names I didn’t get, and our bartender Justina. Joanna, the hotel manager, deserves special thanks for handling the wedding, rooms, guests and all the details. My mother suddenly took sick and needed emergency treatment, and Joanna quickly arranged an ambulance and drove us to the hospital. She helped translate while my husband-to-be was away dealing with wedding arrangements. On the wedding day she drove me in my dress and my sister in her bridesmaid dress back to the hospital to see my mam before the ceremony, translated for us, and patiently waited to bring us back. The staff had met my mam a few days earlier and kept asking how she was. We’ve never been treated so nicely at a hotel. Everything and all the amenities were excellent, the wedding was amazing, and we’ll definitely return for a holiday next year.

I came for the pool and sauna, but the place was terrible. Everything looked old and dirty, with rust everywhere, and the pool ladder felt really unstable. There’s just one pool and one small jacuzzi, and the water was barely warm. The receptionist was so unwelcoming and didn’t ask whether we needed slippers, robes or towels. When I asked about beauty services listed on their website, she said she didn’t know. They charged extra for the towel, robe and slippers too. I do not recommend it.

The restaurant’s menu was a lovely surprise, with new vegan options and a great wine selection. The food was really good. This was another great visit to Klub Sosnowy, which is beautifully set among the forest and still pretty easy to reach from central Warsaw. The rooms, pool and saunas are nice too.
