The rooms are small but cozy and quite clean, and the shared kitchen was well cleaned and had what we needed. Check-in was simple because the host sent all the details ahead of time. It's near the main city center attractions, and the service was good too.

Natalia, the manager and my contact, was very helpful in explaining the facilities. Breakfast was on time each day, and the kitchen was quite okay. My room was ready and clean when I arrived, though I used a room with its own bathroom and can't comment on the shared areas. It's about a 10-minute walk from the central railway station and close to the Old Town. The price felt fair for what I expected. I'd recommend Level rooms if you want everything in one place.

We had a confirmed reservation and had told the property when we'd arrive, but they never sent the entry codes. We got there at 20:30 and spent over an hour stranded outside, with no answer to our calls. When someone finally picked up at 20:53, they said they couldn't honor the booking and blamed the platform for their "mistake." There was no empathy for leaving us without somewhere to stay late at night in a foreign country. We had to find and pay for a last-minute hotel at twice the original price, and missed a prepaid activity because of it. Their dismissive, ironic attitude afterward made things worse. Completely unprofessional and unreliable management. Avoid at all costs.

Getting into the hostel took some figuring out. The receptionist is only there, I think, from 8 AM to 5 PM, and before arriving you need a message from her with codes for the main entrance, main door, and your room. That was confusing at first. The location is handy, near centrum metro station and tram stops, with lots of cafes and restaurants around. I stayed two nights and had no problems with my room or bathroom. Everything was clean and smelled really good. There’s just one shower in the shared bathroom, so you may have to wait if someone’s using it.

I was expecting a 3-star hotel as a Japanese business traveler, but sadly, this felt like a hostel. Even if staff describe it as an apartment-style ‘hotel‘, I don't think it deserves 3 stars, as Google Maps showed in September 2025. The biggest problem was getting inside. You need a code before you arrive, but the staff don't seem to make sure every guest receives one. I emailed several times and got no response. I only got noticed after another kind guest helped me open the gates and I spoke to staff directly. Without her help, I don't know how I would have spent that night. The front desk also closes late in the day. I only stayed on a weekend, when breakfast started at 10 a.m. Is that early enough for travelers, and is it fair to advertise ‘free‘ breakfast on their website without making that clear? The room and kitchen were clean, and the location is accessible, but the place is tucked inside other buildings. I think that could be hard for foreigners, especially inexperienced travelers. I've used many good accommodations in Warsaw, including hostels. I hope the staff improve so travelers aren't disappointed.
