The location was the main drawback for me. It's around a 30 minute walk to the old city, and getting to the airport train station takes about 15 minutes on foot, uphill and with steps. My bedroom was rather small, though clean, and I could hear trains passing. The welcome was good and breakfast was quite nice. With the reasonable price, I might stay again.

The location and price are the main positives: it's close to the city center and nearby public transport, and some rooms look out over the Vistula River. Still, we won't come back. Our rooms were tiny and smelled bad. My colleague smokes and said the smell made it seem like smoking was allowed in those rooms. The single beds were short for me at 181 cm, with my feet sticking out, and the blanket barely covered me unless I kept my legs bent. I asked to move because of the smell and eventually got another room. From their reaction, I got the impression they knew about the problem. When another colleague asked to switch for the same reason, she was told there were no rooms available. Check-in took longer because they issue the invoice after payment on arrival. A man waiting in line who smelled of alcohol got impatient and scolded us aggressively. The women at reception just looked at each other frightened and didn't call security or do anything to calm him down.

The room and bathroom were clean, and the receptionists were lovely. I booked the wrong date by mistake, but they still had a few rooms left and offered me one for the correct day. I had a great stay and the service was great. I'd definitely come back.

The rooms are basic, as you'd expect at this price, but the AC didn't work. A staff member who didn't speak English came to check it and kept saying "jest okay, jest dobre" even with the AC off. I couldn't explain that it blew warm air when the remote showed 16°C, or point out that the unit itself showed the heat symbol and 28°C. He should have noticed that himself. Useless. The shower kept switching from hot to cold a couple of times a minute. Other reviews say this has been going on for years. It's shameful that Logos still hasn't fixed the plumbing, and a complete insult to guests.
