The room floor was filthy and smelled of stale smoke, and our neighbors played loud music late into the night. We also had to haul our luggage up steps. We left after one night of a three night reservation.

The service was good, solid four stars, but the room had several problems when we arrived: sand on the floor, unclean dishes in the kitchen, used extra sheets in the wardrobe, and a slight smell from the sofa. You could also hear people talking in the corridors through the doors, so the soundproofing isn't great. Tram lines nearby go straight to the city centre or national stadium, though either trip takes roughly half an hour, so it's a bit of a distance. The rooms were kinda ok.

We were unsure about the accommodation and area after reading reviews, but my sister and I ended up loving our stay on a Wowcher mystery holiday. The place was really clean and spacious, and after a long day walking around, the bath was amazing. We liked being a little out of the way while still having an easy trip to the centre, with shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were lovely. There was no TV, but we didn't mind at all. We'd 100% go back.

The staff were helpful and the place was clean, but I wouldn't recommend staying here. Our room was for three, yet there was no shampoo or shower gel, and sleeping kits for two of the three people were missing. We had to ask and wait. The third bed was very inconvenient, the view was strange because another building was close by, and the location was remote. Parking was paid but cheap. The total price felt expensive. It seems the business has cut investment too much. If you book, use an online service if you can, because in our case the price directly on site might have been significantly higher.
