Mennica Residence Chic Apartment

The location worked well for us, close to the city center, and having parking was useful. The space itself was very tight and awkward to get into, especially with a larger vehicle like a Range Rover. We stayed seven nights, but the apartment wasn’t in good shape when we arrived. There was dust and hair, and both the toilet and living area smelled strongly. It gave me the impression that the same cloth had been used in both rooms, which didn’t feel hygienic. Management responded politely when we reported it, and the manager offered a day of free parking and two extra hours for checkout, which we appreciated. A cleaner came that day, though she only had one mop and one cloth, which didn’t reassure us much. The later checkout wasn’t approved, and despite mentioning twice that the frying pan was broken, we never got a replacement. The soundproofing was poor too. I woke up whenever neighbors came or went during the night. The location is a plus, but the apartment’s upkeep and cleaning standards really let the stay down. If you book here, I’d consider using another company that manages apartments in the same building, in the hope of better standards.
