I’ve stayed here twice and loved it both times. The lobby has a nice scent when you walk in, and everything is clean. Staff are friendly and attentive. The location is great, right by the central train station and all kinds of public transport. There’s a large shopping mall across the road, along with shops, restaurants, and a 24-hour grocery store. Whenever I’m in Warsaw again, I’ll stay here.

It’s a great place to rest, with a really good location. Warszawa Centralna is very close, and I reached my platform in just 5-7 minutes on foot. The hotel is clean, the rooms have good sound insulation and nice curtains, and there’s a fitness room with a hot tube.

After a pretty awful hotel stay in Krakow, coming back to Warsaw and being met by such a great front desk personality was exactly what we needed. Shoutout to Lucas, I believe, for being a legend. This is our second visit, and we're still in the room as I write this. The hotel is clean, fresh, professional, and a really good choice for Warsaw. The people here are amazing. Thanks for everything!

The air conditioning didn't work, and nobody seemed to care. My room also had a lock that didn't lock at all. I was away from the property for hours, with no way of knowing whether someone could walk in at any time without a key. A room like that should never be given to a guest, and housekeeping should thoroughly check the locks. On top of it all, everything else about the hotel felt average, and the staff didn't recognize my status.

Getting around from Mercure was so easy, and I loved how the whole place smelled. It gave the hotel a high-end feel. My room was spotless, and the service was top-notch. Such a cozy but professional stay, I'd definitely recommend it!
