The owner was easy to reach, and the apartment was clean, elegant, and great. It comes with its own spot in the underground garage. Highly recommend.

18.09.24 I still haven't received the refund for one night, nearly two weeks later, and the woman who promised it has stopped replying. Avoid this place. When we booked, nobody told us there would be no hot water. After we reported it, the staff said we'd be refunded for one night, but that never happened. They later told me they'd informed Booking about the refund, but Booking confirmed the property had already taken the payment. There were also lots of spiders in the apartment. The property's response was that they care about quality, but that I must have let the bugs in from the garden. All the windows were open when we arrived, so the “bugs from the garden” were already inside. I don't recommend this place.

Praga Północ turned out to be a great base for seeing Warsaw. Nearby are the National Stadium, Świętokrzyski Bridge, Copernicus Science Center, Warsaw Mermaid, Presidential Palace, Saxon Gardens and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Palace of Culture and Science, the zoo, Dworzec Wileński metro station, and Galeria Wileńska. There are plenty of "frogs" around too, so fresh rolls are easy to find in the morning. The apartment was clean, stylish, and fully equipped, in a practically new building with furnishings that felt brand new. The owners were wonderful to deal with. For guests arriving by car, there's secure underground parking in a convenient spot, included in the rental. Families with children will appreciate the toy box and cartoon channels. There's a smart TV and free internet, plus an espresso machine with grinder and tasty beans for coffee lovers. The window looks onto a lovely courtyard, nicely lit after dark. I recommend it and will definitely return. From what I understand, the owners have other apartments available too, and I might try one of those.

The apartment was clean, pleasant, and nicely furnished, in a good spot for spending some time. Communication with the host was hard during my stay, though, and check-in ran half an hour late. That caused trouble with the plans I had for that time.
