Moxy Warsaw Praga

We spent Christmas here and loved the little neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants, museums, and a shopping mall. The Beksinski gallery is right across from the hotel, and the Old Town and modern Warsaw center are both within 20 minutes by metro. The lobby has board games and table football, and the decor is modern and really well done. Our room was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The hotel is lovely, and the staff really made the atmosphere. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

Dominika was amazing at breakfast the next morning, attentive and thoughtful. I work with customers myself, and I believe all feedback is constructive, though not many people take the time to give it. Thank you, Doninika, for making sure I had a good time. A nice touch I really appreciated: when you put your foot down beside the bed, a light comes on under the bed base, so you don’t bump into anything on the way to the bathroom. The bathroom was spotless, with good quality toiletries in large containers, and the room was very clean with a comfortable bed. Reception staff were helpful and friendly, and going straight from the car park into the hotel was very convenient. Had a really nice stay.

The bed’s LED light was really annoying and made it hard to fall asleep. I couldn’t work out how to switch it off, though it had gone out by the time I woke up, so perhaps it’s automatic. Sound insulation is poor too. You can hear whenever other guests shut their doors. Otherwise, it’s a nice place.
