Noctis Apartment Sliska

Really nice apartment.

Do not book here. We reserved the apartment ahead of time, but on arrival we were left waiting at the door for ages and weren’t even allowed to leave our suitcases. We’d agreed beforehand that we could stay with our dog, yet the owner started making demands and threatening not to let us in. His address mistake sent us to another place carrying heavy bags. Things got worse when he tried to pressure us into an early check-in in return for a “good review.” He was polite face to face, but his messages were openly passive-aggressive and insulting. We ended up cancelling and got no money back, while they’re still asking us to pay a cancellation fee. We absolutely don’t recommend dealing with this person.

We never did get to stay the night. When we arrived at the address we’d been given, the owner told us only then that it was completely different from the right one. He was rude, arrogant, and unprofessional, and had already been passive-aggressive. Before we’d even checked in, he was trying to manipulate us into writing a good review. I cancelled and found another apartment. Avoid this very unpleasant person, I don’t recommend him at all.

Being right in the heart of the capital made getting around easy, with public transport and tourist spots close by. The apartment was clean, nicely equipped, and comfortable for several people, with room to make breakfast or an evening meal. The host was easy to reach by phone and paid attention to what guests needed. Thanks, we’ll recommend it and stay here again. Wrocławians
