It was quiet at night, so sleeping was easy, and the location was good, about 25 minutes from the main train station. The room was modern, clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed. The fitness studio was very well equipped. Highly recommended, I’ll come back.

The gym is spacious and modern, and the rooms were nice and clean. But I couldn’t get a decent night’s sleep because students and other guests were so disrespectful. There’s no phone in the room to report the noise, and loud banging started at 8am and was still going at 9:20. The balconies aren’t much use when smoking is forbidden there, and there’s no TV in the room or bar or restaurant at reception. The downstairs toilet was filthy last night. I seriously wouldn’t recommend staying here if your mental health matters to you.

The place is comfortable for a longer stay, but the laundry setup is making me consider leaving. There are too few washing machines for the number of rooms, so the laundry room really needs to be expanded. The reservation system needs fixing too. Nobody seems to care about the “ReSerVaTion” note on the paper, and it should work systematically so people without a reservation can’t use the machines. Every time I go to do laundry, I feel like a peasant begging to use a washer because people ignore the reservation. Could this be improved, please?

The team made the stay feel easy. Whenever I had a question or ran into an issue, I could message them and they sorted it out quickly and properly. The support staff were great, and housekeeping was friendly and did a really good job. I had a lovely apartment with everything I needed. The balcony was nice even though it didn't look out over the city center. A microwave might have been handy, but I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend the place.
