Getting around was easy from here. It's midway between Chopin Airport and the city center, near both bus and subway stops, and easy to reach from the airport. The apartment itself was spacious and laid out well, with an especially large, clean bathroom and a roomy, comfortable shower. For a stay of several days, the induction stove is useful. Towels and sheets are supplied, though there wasn't any bath soap. Check-in and checkout were quick and uncomplicated. The owners communicate by text message only.

There was an electric kettle and a few sugar packets, but no tea or coffee. The facilities were okay and the place was relatively clean, though a little thought in the dispenser and an air freshener would've helped. The key box was a bit damaged, and it took us a while to lock it. The place was also a mess and full of seaweed. I wouldn't recommend it. We waited at the door for nearly half an hour for the owner to open up and reply. He didn't want us to call, but there was no phone number and he still didn't answer. We nearly missed our concert.

The location is great, but that's about the only positive. Like other reviews mentioned, there are cobwebs. The amenities could be a little better, even if just brought up to a basic level.

I'm writing as a neighbor. The owners don't tell guests that parking on Jaworzynska Street isn't allowed, since it's reserved for residents. Guests who use the service get tickets, and there's already nowhere for the neighbors to park. It would be enough to let people know they can use Mokotowska Street and similar streets instead. There's no coincidence with the residents.
