Nyx Hotel Warsaw by Leonardo Hotels

The location is wonderful, with every part of the city reachable by public transport. Inside, the room was very clean and comfortable, with good lighting and thoughtful details. Breakfast and the restaurant were delicious. I’ll definitely stay here next time I’m in Warsaw. Thank you!

The surprise in our room made our wedding anniversary even more memorable, and we loved the lovely view and carefully chosen atmosphere. The room met our expectations, especially the bathroom amenities, which were high quality. We had a comfortable, clean, well-organized weekend stay, and breakfast was excellent with lots of delicious choices. The only small suggestions are more attention to loyalty or parking and slightly more refined music at breakfast, though music is a matter of taste. We were very satisfied and would recommend the hotel. Thank you!

The breakfast was the best I had on this trip, with fresh food and just about every kind of thing I could think of. The hotel is modern, clean, and really nice. I took off a star over a pricing mix-up: after booking a room, my trip was delayed and I asked to add a day. The extension cost about twice as much, which was fine since prices might vary by weekday. I specifically asked to include breakfast and they confirmed, so I thought that was part of the higher price. But the next morning they said breakfast hadn’t been paid for, and I paid again. I’m not sure what happened. Apart from that, the stay was good.

The rooms were quiet and the beds comfortable, and from the upper floors you get a lovely city view. The hotel itself felt clean, modern, and relaxing. Its location is great, the staff are ready to help, and the restaurant and bar downstairs have some good signature cocktails. I’d happily recommend it for a Warsaw stay.
