P&O Apartments Arkadia 10

We ended up going to a hotel and requesting a refund, and I still haven't heard back. We arrived Friday evening with no check-in details and couldn't get inside. After calling five different numbers, most of which went unanswered, the people who did pick up told us to wait. A local woman let us into the lobby and stayed with us for two and a half hours while we kept calling, with no result. A complete disaster.

I paid a lot for four days and had to sort everything out myself. When I finally got into the apartment, it smelled awful. There were only a few used toilet rolls, some nearly finished, barely any shampoo, and the freezer was in such poor condition that I had to fix it. Nobody helped or showed any understanding. Shameful, especially for what I paid. I booked with an American Express Voucher, but the address and phone numbers on the confirmation were wrong. "P&O" also couldn't send me an email about the credit deposit request, so I wasted time and made pointless trips trying to find the right information.

The owner was really hard to communicate with. I don't recommend this.

The upper floors have a great view.
