The best thing about this place is its location, close to Bar Studio, a nice spot to spend an afternoon or go out in the evening. The apartment itself is tiny and awkward to access since you need a key. You collect it from a lockbox on the ninth floor. Inside there are two bedrooms, a living room that can also be used as a bedroom, a very small kitchen and a small bathroom. The kitchenware was poorly maintained and seemed unused. Overall, it was a terrible stay.

It smelled awful and was filthy throughout. There were dirty dishes, uncomfortable beds, a broken TV, torn curtains and a damaged baseboard. Dust covered the hood and ventilation grille, the carpet was stained, and the whole property smelled of cigarettes, probably coming from the equally dirty stairwell. There was plenty more wrong with it.

The apartment felt roomy and was clean, tastefully decorated, and well insulated from noise. The location was excellent too.
