The woman I spoke to made communication difficult and wouldn't explain why my booking had been cancelled, leaving me with no accommodation. My stay had been booked nine months ahead, but they cancelled it two months before I was due to arrive. A little later, the Booking.com price changed from the PLN 500 I was supposed to pay to PLN 3,500 for two days. Stay away, I don't recommend them.

We'd had the hotel booked for over six months when the reservation was suddenly cancelled without warning. The number given with the booking didn't work when we tried to reach the staff. Calling from another number got a quick answer, but when we asked why it had been cancelled, the lady just said, "because it was." I don't recommend them.
