Getting into the apartment took about an hour of walking around. The reception was far away, and the staff there didn’t know how the facilities worked, so I had to locate the security box, key, and parking gate remote on my own. I eventually found everything and got the door open. Inside, there was an empty water bottle under the bed. The sofa looked so dirty that I covered it with towels. There was a pot, but it was too dirty to wash, so I bought a new one just to get by. The worst experience of my life. If you’re after an adventure, give it a try. I won’t forget it.

The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, but the breakfast and parking were the biggest problems. I had booked breakfast and didn’t receive it, and there was no information about parking. Finding the key felt like a bit of a quiz. The Wi-Fi details, both the network name and password, were wrong. The rental agency didn’t answer my calls or emails. Sorry, but I can’t recommend it.

The location was good, but the quality didn’t match the price. These apartments are very worn, and the photos don’t reflect what you actually get. They charged 120 PLN for cleaning and another 500 PLN as a deposit, though neither fee was listed in the Booking description when I booked. It was dirty and dusty. The bed had an uncomfortable mattress and just one narrow blanket for a double bed. The towel had holes, the pillow had some black stain on it, and the bedroom light kept flickering.

We had everything we needed for a comfortable, enjoyable night with the girls.
